Kimone Napier is the Founder and CEO of Hire Breakthrough® — a strategic HR and organizational consulting firm that helps founders, nonprofits, government agencies, and growing organizations build the people systems that make sustainable growth possible.

With over a decade of experience spanning HR, operations, workforce development, and organizational design, Kimone works with leaders who are ready to move beyond reactive hiring and build infrastructure that actually holds up as they scale.

She has partnered with mission-driven organizations across nonprofit, government, education, and private sectors — helping them hire intentionally, lead effectively, and operate with clarity.

Kimone holds an M.S. in Organizational Behavior, Systems & Analytics from New York University and is certified in HR Information Systems and Human Capital Engineering & Analytics. She is an international speaker, facilitator, and M/WBE certified business owner based in Brooklyn, NY.

Suffice it to say, Kimone views her work as a movement – connecting diverse, flexible, and inclusive businesses to diverse talent.
