When I decided to pivot from an HR professional to a recruitment strategist, it definitely felt scary. Looking at all my accomplishments, where would I be had I not taken the first step and pivoted? By being open-minded and flexible, you can identify opportunities for growth even in challenging circumstances.

One of the key lessons aspiring entrepreneurs can learn from successful pivots is the importance of listening to your clients. Client feedback can provide invaluable insights into what works well within your business and what needs improvement.

Using determination and hard work to achieve success

Determination and hard work are the keys to success in any field. Entrepreneurship is no exception, and those who aspire to be successful entrepreneurs must embrace these traits wholeheartedly. Secondly, Tina always put in the effort required to succeed. Despite facing numerous rejections from record labels early on in her career due to racial prejudices against Black artists at the time, she kept pushing forward until her individual talent was recognized and appreciated.
