Are there certain criteria my job description needs to have?

– We require pay and salary information to be posted on all our roles.
– All submitted jobs must have a minimum hourly rate of $16 per hour.
– All companies must be remote-friendly.

How do I post jobs?

How many jobs will go live in the Unlimited Plan?

Unlimited – We mean it! We want to help you grow your team with the right people. You’ll be given instructions on how to submit all your roles and we’ll take care of the rest.

How many applicants can I expect?

This varies depending on the job position itself, but we typically get anywhere from 50-100 qualified applications for any role we post.

How do we track applications?

We send all applicants to your ATS system so you can see the applications rolling in.

What if I don’t have an ATS system?

That’s 100% okay. You can use a tool such as Google Forms to create your application. All we’ll need is the link.
